What is a Soul Eater?
 
Wikipedia explains a Soul Eater as an ancient folklore from the Hausa people of Nigeria, Africa. It was believed that a Soul Eater was able to consume an individuals spirit (or soul), causing a wasting disease that proved to be fatal. It is described as a classic form of the cannibalistic witch. In Hausa belief, Soul Eaters are thought to be men who were cursed by these witches and have to eat the souls of humans to live their lives. After a soul has been devoured, the victim disappears in a burst of dust. These mythological beings have been depicted in many cultures through the centuries. Their stories can be found in Egypt, Japan, Africa and many other countries. In
